Manrell Hall - Summer Progress

While students were enjoying their summer holidays those working on the construction of Manrell Hall were very busy!

Throughout the summer we were able to see the building take shape. From the pouring of the second floor, to last week seeing the third floor in place, and soon the individual rooms starting to come together Manrell Hall is transforming week after week. Those now visiting campus are met with the structure, and can picture the full-scale size of what will be our new Middle School, Manrell Hall. We continue to anticipate the opening of Manrell Hall in time for school to start next September!

For parents, alumni, teachers and students who were on campus this summer, you saw the extensive work done to the courtyard (and you probably wondered if the courtyard would be finished in time for the first day of school). During the summer months civil engineering work was completed to lay the pipes and electrical conduit for Manrell Hall. In addition, to ensure efficiency, the pipes were replaced in advance of construction on the next phase, the new Elementary School. Asphalt has been laid down in the courtyard as a temporary measure until the end of the project and the campus landscaping is completed.

We thank everyone for their patience during the summer courtyard work and continue to look forward to the exciting construction updates on Manrell Hall.
