To date we have been working on demolition of the former Brothers Residence and clearing the site in preparation. With the Development Permit and Building Permit in hand we are now able to proceed with laying the foundation and building what will become our new Middle School, Manrell Hall.

Since receiving the permits the construction teams have been working on excavation and footings for the new building as we move towards seeing the walls go up. This stage of this work requires a considerable amount of concrete that is being brought onto the site by concrete trucks. These trucks are coming into the local area and turning around on the site itself, reducing the impact to the neighbourhood around campus.

Additionally, in the coming days visually you may notice that our construction crane will be arriving and placed on the site for the construction.

As always, traffic management and parking continues to be an ongoing focus for the school. Parents are reminded to please refer to our traffic guidelines for pick up & drop off during our redevelopment project.
